Join us June 18 at 3 p.m. CDT for presentation by Christ Ester (USFS) and Dale Higgins (retired USFS) on designing flood resilient culverts. The increasing frequency of high-intensity rainfall across Wisconsin is causing existing stream crossing infrastructure to fail, increasing long-term maintenance costs, and degrading public waterway and wetland resources including fish and other aquatic organisms.
